History of the company

December 2006: creation of the company E2M Services.
January 2007: Commercial contract signed between ISMECA AUTOMATION (today KOMAX Group ( Switzerland)) and E2M Services for assembly and tuning-up services.
May 2007: The company ITT Dole (today CK Components (39)) becomes customer of E2M Services
August 2007: The technicians of E2M Services reinforce the teams of the companies DIMECO ALIPRESSE (25) and GUIGNARD ROBOTISATION (39)

Yann MAIRET: manager/assembler tuner technicians level bac+2

Our technicians have expertise in:

• automated precision assembly systems;
• cam assembly systems
• industrial transfer, conveyor system;
• technical assistance;
• maintenance of special machine

 and skills in:

• milling and traditional turning
• surface and cylindrical grinding
• mastery of software packages: solidworks, autocad;
• metrology: control of geometry, of sizes

 
This knowledge acquired over many years in the special machine field
ensures our engineers a great deal of autonomy, flexibility and a very good integration within your teams.
We also have the technical capabilities for sites in France or abroad.

  Presentation of the company means:

Our technicians are equipped with mechanical assembly tools, but also with controls and measures. This equipment is subject to frequent updates in order to be able to respond to the needs of the customers.
We also own vehicles to be able to work at the customers' place.
